Withdrawal Right

You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.


Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition:
The item must be unused and returned in the same condition as received.

Proof of Purchase:
A valid order confirmation or receipt is required.


Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

Refund Method:
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).


Exchanges
